Rashad, Mercedes, Mirian, Joaquin, Sean, and Ernesto was excellent. They came out and performed fire remediation demo and the experience was amazing. Rashad has coordinated the whole entire process including communicating with my adjuster. I want to thank SERVPRO and the entire team for their integrity and most of all excellent customer service.
