The customer experienced a sewage backup

Due to a sewage backup, SERVPRO was called to the scene for assistance. The customer walked into her bathroom and stepped into ankle deep water.  Before beginning the restoration process our certified technicians performed all necessary measurements and completely scoped the house for damages. They discovered the master bedroom, vanity, bathroom and master closet were all affected by the sewage backup. Our technicians begin phase 2 of the restoration process by applying anti-microbial and placing 1 dehumidifier and 10 airmovers around the house. They finalized the job by performing demolition to a built-in cabinet that was heavily affected by the backup.
